Clear and simple. What these statements mean, is that you may bring drinks onboard...but you can't serve
yourself. Doesn't matter what cabin you are sitting in. Per FAA Regulations stated above, you must have the F/A serve the drink for you. again, doesn't matter what cabin you are sitting in.
