The Tool requires periodic (if not constant) maintenance, and the contribution/access level structure has been modified to reflect that reality.

It is also not a "fee", as many registrations were (and will continue to be) issued on a discretionary case-by-case basis, taking into the account individual circumstances. Lastly, no contributions are necessary for the Lite-tier access.

Based on the PMs I have been receiving over the last few days, the overall user response to the latest changes has been very positive. However, I appreciate your feedback on this issue, and always remain open to making changes, based on users' concerns and suggestions.
