Anybody know how compensation is calculated? Is this just up to inidividual CS reps to decide. I am just surprised by the inconsistency.
Last year my IFE was only partially functional on an International flight (E+ ). I pointed this out to pursar who had me fill out a card and about 3-4 weeks later I received a $75 voucher in the mail
