Looks like the summer business class fare sale has quietly begun, or is getting ready to. I see "IRT2AA3" fares loaded (on Travelocity) for ~$1800 r/t + tax. Looks like it's only on routes out of NYC, but I'm also seeing ~$2000 out of IAH, as I believe CO led off (again?)
Fares valid for travel July 1 thru Sep 2. Sat night stay required, 30 day adv purchase. $300 change fee.

A bit more expensive than in recent years. But maybe other airlines will start to match or lower.

But the strange thing is, I can't get that fare to book on AA.com, it prices at a much higher "I" fare. Hmmm.
