Nothing like home.... and Welcome to Europe. I have been travelling over for years, and it seems that this may never happen. There are no free internet access at libraries, or cafes (well... they do have internet cafes for a fee), or open WiFi around central areas. Internet cafes do offer unlimited access for a weekly fee or day fee or a pay as you go per minute. They are located all over.
