Even with a paid stay ambassadors only get a superior room, I asked for an upgrade my last vist and was told they don't give upgrades to suites. However they then tried to upsell me and for $85.00 more then the $275 I was paying offered a suite. Good luck.
I've got a reward night stay here for the back end of next week for a few nights. I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks ago to enquire about an upgrade. They replied back promptly and said my upgrade would to be to a King Deluxe room but then informed me that they have upgraded me to a Junior Suite and my booking has been updated accordingly. ^
Try emailing them, they can only say no!
