No, you should definately get business class miles for a c-class ticket intra scandinavia. Wht is on the BP is the class you are travelling in on the actual aircraft. E.g. if you get op uped it might says C but you will still get mileage in accordance with the ticketed class.
Complain to M&M and they should be able to correct it easily.
