The routes which were discussed in that thread were ATL-BRU, JFK-NCE, JFK-IST, ATL-LGW and ATL-NRT to name a few. I can factually state that on every single one of those routes, as long as Delta has operated them, there has never been a period of planned operation with double crew. Isolated instances of double crew operations may have occured for operational special circumstances, but otherwise these have been layover stations, as is true of EVERY SINGLE EUROPEAN DESTINATION EVER OPERATED BY DELTA.

Specifically, the instance of ATL-BRU that you mention here is completely incorrect. Delta has NEVER operated that pattern of ops on that sector.
