It is very important that you call immediately when being disturbed so the hotel has a chance to fix the problem. Call again if the problem continues. Then, a third call if the problem continues. If the party disrupts you even after notifying the manager on duty or security, then you shouldn't be charged room & tax.

If things get really out of hand, my fourth call would be to the police!
