The quickets route would probably be CO. You can route SDF-IAH-HNL-GUM. The IAH-GUM would be on a 767 with BF seats, there is also a PC in HNL, but the stop there is pretty short.

CO2195 6:45a 8:18a SDF IAH EMB145
CO01 9:35a 6:50p+1 IAH GUM 767 (1 Stop in HNL, time on ground 1h15m)

Total travel time 21h5m

Return

CO02 7:10a 7:00a GUM IAH 767 (1 Stop in HNL, time on ground 1h25m)
CO3049 7:45a 11:02a IAH SDF

Total travel time 18h52m

Any routing through Asia would add a couple hours.
