Thanks for all the info. One other question. I am not a RCC member, but I understand as a 2P member, I have access to the RCC when flying to or from Canada. During my connection at ORD, will I have access to the RCC? Am I viewed as being on a domestic flight at that point (in which case I would not have access), or would I have access since I am completing an international connection?
