Depends if your connection is onto a mainline UA or not. Air Canada Operates out of E1 and E2 at ORD's T2. If your connection is onto UAX there is a good chance that you will not have to change terminals, as the vast majority of UAX operates out of the F Gates at T2. If it is mainline, you will have to cahnge terminals but will not have to reclear security.
