Heck Id Love it if I would be walked each time I have a confirmed res. lets see I dont pay for that night -the Hotel that walked me pays, if I was on a prepay I guess they would Credit my CC back, I get SPG pts to the tune of how many Pts it takes to stay at that prop, so with the OP that should get 'em 10,000 SPG pts I guess if they said no room for 2 nights then it would 20,000 pts (I could be wrong on this pt). I also believe that they have to credit you with the Points that you would have earned as if you had indeed stayed with them, I also believe but could be wrong that you still get the stay Credit. I was walked once and got all of the above, it was a 1 night stay.

to me its like getting a DBV from an airline, I just Luv them. wish they took Vols at the Hotels like they do at the Gate.
