The guy's a Canadian from London, er Ontario, so he would be "down to earth", even at 30,000 feet...but nice to know he made a good impression, even when half asleep!

Thanks for the review. Interesting comments about the seat/pod. AC is installing this as their new J/C longhaul seat, so we're all curious how it is going over on VS and NZ.
