Since you're new to FT may I suggest you use the SEARCH function and enter BARCLAY. You'll find several threads, each of which will answer part or all of your question. For any Ambassador benefits on an award stay, or any stay, you would have to make the booking as an Ambassador so it shows up on your reservation file when it goes to the property. Otherwise, this would have to be processed upon arrival, and any preassigned benefit adjusted accordingly based on availability at the time of arrival.
