On BA it has happened several times that I have travelled with a member of the cabin crew more than once. I've generally found that they have remembered and mentioned it. On CX it happens to me more frequently - usually at least once in 6 weeks or so. It can be really nice when they remember and make more of a fuss over you than usual! ^
