I'm almost positive these flights *are* PS, although you could do a dummy booking if you really wanted to be certain.
The very high PS flight numbers (800 / 900 series) are continuations of international flights, such as UA 839 LAX - SYD/MEL. PS allows them to offer a 3 class service to customers of the international F/C cabins even on the domestic segments.
