Fave: Pappadeaux. I seek them out in Texas. I really like them.

Unfave: Chili's. The menu's drab and the presentation cafeteria-basic. I'll eat Subway first.

Somewhere in the middle: CPK, Red Lobster. (It's easy to be snobby about Red Lobster, but if you order simple grilled fish, it's fine.)
