Since when did Westin start charging for the overnight shoe shine service? I'm currently at the Chicago Westin River North and saw that they are charging $3 for this service. Do you think that this is dependent on the hotel, or is this a new revenue stream for 2006? This is the only Westin I've stayed in this year, so I don't know how pervasive this policy is. However, I stayed at about a dozen or so Westins last year, mainly North America, which did not have this fee.
