For weeks now MDW-STL fares have hovered around $69 each way in the Internet specials. Other similar markets MDW-CLE, OMA, SDF, DTW, MCI, PIT have had $39 or $49. Is MDW-STL really that popular of a flight? I actually took Amtrak one weekend recently to save money. Not bad, really. But, I don't think I could do it all the time.
