Can anyone confirm if NWA still refuses to transfer miles upon death? The member rules seem to indicate this is the case, but if anyone has any recent experience that confirm or disprove this, I'd appreciate hearing it. For obvious reasons, I don't want to call customer service to find out, since we still want the option of transferring the miles or issuing an award out of the account.
