It would have been more appropirate for the administration of AC to actually have a plan that, subject to future stock performance and competitive pressures by way of industry standards, salaries, benefits, et al would be restored to past levels.

$150 bucks doesn't even come close to the economic sacrifices that AC staff have made to save the airline.
