Go to the Salt Lick BBQ place at AUS, it's fantastic. Better yer, if you're visiting Austin drive out to Driftwood and visit the original. (Google Salt Lick BBQ and follow the directions. You'll drive a long, long time out in the country, so long you'll think you've missed it. It's just a little further up the road from where you think you missed it.)
