Be glad for the 0600 departure! When I was stationed there in the mid-80s, all the big planes to Japan (OSA, then, or NRT) left at about 0200. That was NW, JL, and NH. CO flew at reasonable hours of the day, but it was on a 727-200. Man, did that thing look puny parked on the ramp at NRT!
