Hi, I enjoyed reading your report, I have to agree and have been saying for a GOOD FEW YEARS that VS service is NOW RUBBISH as regards onboard crew.

Most of them dont give a damn and are too busy .....ing and worrying about their nails and other rubbish.

time and again I hear, "they were having a bad day" RUBBISH, RUBBISH RUBBISH.

VS and its Crew dont GIVE A DAMN.

If they did, this sort of Constant Poor service would Dissapear.

When was the last time VS won BEST CREW, Best onboard Service etc etc??????????????????????????????????????????????

yes Great AVOD, Lounge can be FAB at LHR/LGW, checkin at LHR can be friendly.

BUT INFLIGHT is where it counts MOST.

those over at Virginflyer are starting to complain about the service after so much Virgin cant do anything wrong attitude (about time).

Virgin Atlantic are NOT Good anymore. (but they COULD BE)

RICHARD BRANSON get your ... back to running VS and show the staff how to look after their paying Customers like you used to do.
