A DONE5 I helped set up ex-GIB (starting this month) came in with a base price of £3752 and taxes of £505, with 4 passes through LHR (£40 for F/J countrywide and LHR £9.30 per t/o). BA's longhaul fuel surcharge of US$55 per seg is also punishing, with similar hits from other OW airlines (except AA).
Ouch.
