Absolutely do not throw away your stubs until the points are on your account. At one point you could just call AGR and they would look it up on the computer, but they have stopped that practice as of July of 2005.

If you don't get automatic credit, which normally happens when the computer scans the bar code on the main part of the ticket that the conductor collects and turns in, then you will have to fax/mail copies of the stub(s) to AGR in order to get credit.

Once your points are posted, then feel free to toss those stubs.
