There isn't really anything in that area of town as all the hotels are primarily around the airport. Two exceptions:

Novotel Mississauga - Novotel Mississauga - not bad but a little dated. At Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario.

Glen Erin Inn. Glen Erin Inn A small boutique hotel at Dundas and Mississauga Rd. Haven't been there in about 5 years but I recall it being very nice - an old estate home converted into a hotel.

In addition to YYZC2, beside the Hilton Garden and Studio 6 is a Holiday Inn on Britannia between Hurontario and Kennedy.

The other alternative is to get something by the airport (Airport/Dixon Rd. - Sheraton, Marriott or Hilton would be good bets).
