Virgin mobile US and virgin mobile UK - difference

Virgin Mobile UK is GSM and Virgin Mobile US is CDMA (service provided by
Sprint)

You can use Virginmobile UK in US at some ridiculous roaming price, but
you cannot use virgin mobile US in UK.
