Your post reminds me of your thread on this hotel from some time ago...all I will say is I have found Richard's posts to be of the utmost help in the past, so take his words as true. However I think it is fair to say that generally, there has been more praise for this property than criticism in the past on FT. Richard, they really need to make this right for you in some way, I still feel the pain is there for you!
