Ok, I know this has been debated to no end, but I was looking at something on aa.com about lounge access and it appears that mileage upgraders to F on those three class flights have access.
It says: "Passengers ticketed in Premium Class(P) on 3-Class service in the New York(JFK) - Los Angeles(LAX)/San Francisco(SFO) markets have access to the Admirals Club lounge or Flagship Lounge facility where available."
Now, let's forget about ticketing class for a second. This comes after the part where it says all transcon F and Z tix may use the lounge. However, this special announcement makes me wonder if this is more like int'l F, where anyone, regardless of booking class is eligable. Anyone here who VIP/mileage upgraded to F on those flights from J every try it, and with what result?
