What about a spa in France? There's Caudalie in Bordeaux, which should be easy for everyone to get to, and you could do some wine tasting while there, and there's Michel Guerard in Eugenie Les Bains, which is supposed to be fantastic.

Of course, my mind went straight to a shopping and eating weekend in Paris...
