I flew between BOS and CVG a LOT between November and March, occasionally on the shuttle equipment. It really is not a bad deal. The pitch is great, seats are comfortable, and besides, the flight is really short. Even if you are paying higher than LU (I always was), it is not such a raw deal. If paying LU, you done great!
