I think an hour can be enough time to make through the sometimes random security at FRA. But once I had my baggage misconnect when going from UA to LH in FRA. The connection was 90 minutes. The LH people in ZRH, where I had arrived without luggage, told me that very often bags misconnect in FRA because of additional screening.
