I certainly hope that your son has better luck than my grandaughter.Booked in business class BNE-LHR.She has a few food sensitivities and is allergic to peanuts and eggs.Her mother rang to order meals but was told as she had a peanut allergy emirates would not serve her but mother would be able to take food along for the flight.Really sensible option for a flight that long.
It is not as though the request meant difficult food preparation.Steak,ckicken or fish with vegetables are the grandaughters preferred options.She has had no problems on JAL,MH,QF,AA or CX.
I,m sorry but if you are paying 3 adult and 3 childrens business class fares the service should be a bit better.Lost the grandparents business as well EK.
