As for arrivals, make sure you go to the visa desk, just to the left of passport control BEFORE going through passport control. Otherwise they will send you back. Have £10 note ready, which will be happily exchange for a sticker in your passport.
'doh - I read 28th and didn't get beyond 28th Feb, as that is when my next trip is!

So the entry visa is the same system as it was two years ago - Multiple Entry for 3 months if I recall correctly, and I managed three visits last time! Do I need one as a transit passenger as well?
