AIR CANADA TEAMS UP WITH LAI WAH HEEN
Air Canada has partnered with the Metropolitan Hotel’s Lai Wah Heen restaurant to create Chinese dishes for passengers flying business class from Toronto and Montreal to Hong Kong and Beijing.

Lai Wah Heen -- found in Toronto’s Metropolitan Hotel -- has created seven dishes for the airline, with two of them featured on the menu each month.

“Partnering with a restaurant on menu development was an exciting and brand-new initiative for Air Canada,” says Robert Volstuben, the carrier’s executive chef.
