What really bothers me is that there is almost always 1 person standing around, or a small group of them talking while there are long lines. I'm 100% fine with the level of screening so long as they respect we are clients (of the airline, the airport and the government in the taxes and surcharges we pay) and they are representatives of at least one of those organizations. If they do not like dealing with the public, then find a new job.
