1A/K would solve all of your requirements, so if it is available at T-24hrs then I'd bag those! Having your partner (if it's of the loving kind of course!) sat opposite you in the buddy seat while you eat and drink and take in the view is fantastic from either of these seats.
The traffic to the cupboard is minimal and often over-exaggerated on these forums IMO.
