Thanks for your reassuring comments. I brought up the question because the delays at Heathrow even made it into German Radio.

I do have time on my flight back to HAM and actually chose a later flight - because I wanted to be sure to have time for the lounge when flying back to HAM. Also checked my other two already booked US trips, both have a bit more time in them.

G-BOAC, I will go read that again and map that on the terminal plan out.

Btw is it allowed to take fotos in the airport? In case I do have enough time, I would like to make some pictures to provide a visual for somebody else looking for this trip.
