This should be no problem at all. You can get both boarding passes printed at HAM. Yes at flight connections you will have to clear security but you will have access to the fast track security line. Even if it is a seriously long queue it should not take more than 30 minutes to clear security. As it is a T1 to T1 transfer once through security you just have a short walk to the departure lounge. The max amount of time I think the transfer will take is 45 minutes but will probably be much shorter.
