No. The companies pay Google or the free domain provider to carry the ads. By the time you got anywhere with Google or the free domain provider, the offer would be "over".
The earlier chocolates offer (Clenda) was a $1.99 domain, but someone on fatwallet posted the domain registration info, so now it's the third-level free domains (like whatever.zor.org), which are anonymous. Some people see through these. But the ones who don't are not just people who are new to the internet.
