I really don't like 4EF - too exposed, no ledge by the window to dump stuff off. Probably the worst seats in the cabin though as it is First nothing is that bad.

2AK are my favourites but if the missus likes to talk, hold hands etc they aren't going to be much good. So you will have to settle for row 4 - or possible row 5 if it becomes available. Or train her! More seriously, you can of course dine together.

The first time we flew F together we tried 5EF - and then the next sector was 2AK. The mutual conclusion was that while it was nice to be able to chat, the privacy and extra space in row 2 was preferable.
