Guess it depends on whether you like soft or hard. I tried Marriott Waikiki and it was the absolute most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. Absolutely no support -- the top "mattress" in fact is just a 6 inch thick piece of soft foam. Almost checked-out of hotel after first night due to this -- hotel claims all the beds are the same. Ended up having a back board placed under the foam top layer -- made it tolerable. Won't be staying at Marriott's any more!! I like the Westin beds. Doubletree = OK (the sheets feel "cheap" though), but at least decent support.

Still can't believe how bad that new Marriott bed is.
