I will be doing the Hawaiian loop for a vacation with my family. I would prefer to use an upgrade certificate as well as a few GPREs. I was able to book the GPREs but am unaware of a way to use a certificate at a resort. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. It seems that the hotels are relatively busy.
