The boomerang pass seems to be only for flying Qantas outside of Australia. I looked on the Qantas website but don't see a boomeranf pass for domestic only flights. I'm trying to get a deal on the 3 one way segments I need to buy that would be less than just buying the tickets. Maybe Virgin Blue is an option.
