Does anyone know if AirTran will allow combined points from two accounts?

I've got tons of points, and a friend has only 4. Could my friend use their 4 combined with 4 from my account (taken with my permission) to obtain a one way award ticket?

Any other way to use my friends 4 points towards a free ticket? (other than getting 4 more points).
