Do you get a travel planner email?
I no longer receive a travel planner email and am trying to figure out why. This has been the case since approximately November. I called NWA last month when I again didn't receive one and the very nice agent could not figure out why I wasn't. She promised to look into it and get back to me. I never heard back. Again, now I have a trip coming up on Tuesday and am wondering whether I'll get one this time. Since it's been so long, how early do you receive it - I can't remember?
I seem to receive everything else, i.e. weekly deals. This upcoming trip is international and I used miles to upgrade so there would be no email with a first class upgrade. Does that make a difference? Suggestions?
