If WS does the same route it will be a real bloodbath. The 2004 numbers show 67,000 people residing in the RMWB which includes Ft. McMurray. Not sure how well oil workers are reflected in this but I am not convinced this daily flight will work all that well. Maybe marginally in summer for hoildays but in winter I can't see it working.
AC has known for some time there is alot of connecting traffic out of YMM going to YTT;and don't forget the flt stops in YYZ and can provide cnx t other places like Europe. I meet visiting/working Europeans every time I'm in YMM
