I thought I had this the other day when expedia priced an itin at 1/2 the price. Even when choosing lowest fare on co.com it priced a refundable ticket for the same exact flights....that is until I went to ticket it and only then did co.com re-price the flights to the same price as expedia. So, no guarantee but I did get the web booking and thus the bonus miles. Beware that there may be this glitch when you check fares on co.com.
